To us, Strength & Conditioning means building muscle and losing fat at the same time. Don't be fooled, this is hard to do. When taking on a goal of this kind one must have their training and definitely their nutrition in check. If done wrong then it is easy to lose a lot of muscle due to a calorie deficit and exstream physical output. Knowing how to balance weight training and conditioning is key.
Our Strength & Conditioning Program focuses on compound movements to maximize strength and muscle, high intensity interval training to keep the lungs pumping and the fat melting, and finding accurate maintenance calories and macronutrients to promote muscle building and fat loss at the same time.
