Sometimes part of training is working around injuries and sometimes training is preventing injury to stay healthy and continue to do the things we love. Resistance training should be a regular part of our daily lives but unfortunately people tend to shy away from the gym when they have an injury, this is exactly the opposite of what you should do. Building core strength and using the muscles in full range of motion helps to correct injuries and prevent them. Strength, fat loss, and mood enhancements are just a plus.
Our Injury Prevention & Injury Correction Program focuses on full body training while working around injuries and strengthening the muscles around existing injuries till we make all daily movements pain free. All you have to worry about after that is a new excuse for why your handicap is still high.
